Production planning

System planning and scheduling of production was developed on the original scheduling model at three levels: basic planning, assembly and production planning. The basic plan defines the tasks of sales, development, construction, production preparation, procurement and production on the implementation of the contract and / or work order. The tax duration and relationship among  activities (folding, clearance or continued at the beginning or end of any of the foregoing activities) activities join the resources required to perform: holders and enforcers. Heads of the departments or companies who are responsible for conducting the activities, and the executors of individual employees in charge of a department or company to carry out activities. By logging readiness of employees it enables the control of the planned deadlines and a rebalancing plan that in certain executives i.e. activities shows what the expected total delay of the plan is in order to take corrective action on the rehabilitation of delay.

Compared to existing systems planning Basic Plan has the following advantages:

  • Required data (resources, departments, executors) are pulled automatically from ERPINS system and does not require special entries
  • Any change in the resource is automatically displayed in the plan
  • Results of a plan automatically challenge actions in other subsystems (planned inflow, outflow planned, material needs and other people's products, etc.).
